The Little Gardeners Vegetable Seeds are aimed at ages 3 to l1 years and provide plenty of inspiration and ideas for children to have fun, as they learn to grow vegetables from seeds.
Egg heads cress - Fine curled cress is sown into eggshells with faces, making the edible cress into their hair. Sow indoors all year round. Approximately 3000 seeds per pack
Cool carrots - These unusual ball shaped orange carrots are fast growing and a great source of vitamin A. Sow outdoors from March to July, harvest from June to October. Approximately 750 seeds per pack.
Mini munch tomatoes - These sweet and juicy bite-sized tomatoes are ideal for growing in pots. Sow in pots indoors from March to April, move outdoors in late May and harvest between August and October. Enough for 35 plants.
Racing runner beans - Compete with your friends to see who can grow the longest bean or the tallest plant. Sow outdoors from May to June, harvest from July to October. Average 15 seeds per pack.
Spooky face pumpkins - These are great for Halloween. Grow during the Summer, then harvest them ready to carve into a spooky face at Halloween. Sow indoors from March to May, move outside in June and harvest in September to November. Average 10 seeds per pack.
