Next Day Delivery

  • Place your order before 4pm and it will be promptly picked, packed, and dispatched the same day
  • Enjoy complimentary delivery for orders over £50 (ex. VAT) to Mainland UK
  • We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
  • No minimum order value
  • Our trusted delivery partners include DPD, DX, and ParcelForce
  • Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm
  • Chargable delivery upgrades, if available at the time of your order, will display at the checkout

Packing & Handling Charges

  • Orders under £50 (ex.VAT) for Mainland UK incur a £5 (ex.VAT) charge
  • Deliveries to the Isle of Wight: £5 (ex.VAT) charge, minimum order £100 (ex.VAT)
  • Deliveries to IV postcodes: £10 (ex.VAT) charge
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands: £10 (ex.VAT) charge

Geographical Restrictions

Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to:

  • Certain parts of the Scottish Highlands*
  • The Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly
  • British Forces Postal Addresses
  • International locations

Returns Policy

We are always here to assist you with returns.

  • Request a return within 30 days via your order history. For requests after 30 days, please contact our team.
  • We offer refunds for full, unused, unopened packets or cases.
  • Returns are typically free, though we reserve the right to charge a £15 (ex.VAT) fee in certain circumstances.
  • Collections are usually arranged within 24 hours of booking with the courier.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Following collection, we track the return to our warehouse. Refunds are credited to your Gompels account or the original payment card. Please allow up to 5 working days for card refunds to process.

Dropship Deliveries

  • Larger, specialist, or 'made to order' products are delivered directly by manufacturers
  • All dropship products are clearly marked with an 'X Days To Delivery' badge for transparency
  • While we strive for accuracy in delivery timings, we cannot guarantee them
  • We will keep you informed and updated throughout the delivery process

Dropship Returns

Changed your mind? Contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a collection. Items must be boxed, unused, and in resalable condition with original packaging. The following fees may apply:

  • Restocking fees
  • Collection fees

Dropship Damaged Goods

In the event of goods being damaged upon delivery, please contact us for a hassle-free collection and replacement service at no additional charge.
