Next Day Delivery
- Orders placed before 4pm are picked and packed and leave us the same day
- Delivery is FREE for orders over £50 (ex.VAT) going to Mainland UK
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- There is no minimum order
- Our delivery partners include: DPD, DX & ParcelForce
Packing & Handling Charges
- Your Mainland UK order is below £50 (ex.VAT) - £5 (ex.VAT) charge
- Your delivery is to the Isle of Wight - £5 (ex.VAT) charge - Minimum Order £100 (ex.VAT)
- Your delivery is to an IV postcode - £10 (ex.VAT) charge
- Your delivery is to the Scottish Highlands - £10 (ex.VAT) charge
Geographical Restrictions
Sorry but we cannot deliver to:
- Some parts of the Scottish Highlands*
- The Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly
- Any British Forces Postal Addresses
- Internationally

Returns
we are more than happy to help!
- You can request to return items for up to 30 days via your order history, or if 30 days have passed please contact the team
- We will refund you the price you paid for full, unused, unopened packets or cases
- Returns have always been free of charge at Gompels, however we do reserve the right to make a charge of £15 (ex.VAT)
- Once we have booked the collection with the courier, this usually takes place within 24 hours
- This return policy does not affect your statutory rights
Once the courier has been and collected your items, we can track it back to our warehouse. If you are an existing customer, refunds will be put onto your Gompels account as a credit. If the order was paid for by card, we will refund it to the card used. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to clear.
Dropship Deliveries
- Some larger, specialist, or 'made to order' products available at gompels.co.uk are prepared and delivered by the manufacturers
- To make things clear, all dropship products have been marked with a ' X Days To Delivery' badge
- Whilst we try to ensure these timings are accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee them
- What we will do is keep you informed and updated as your order progresses
Dropship Returns
Changed your mind? Please contact us to arrange a collection within 5 days of the delivery date, the goods must be in a boxed, unused, resalable condition with original packaging. The following fees may apply:

- Collection fees

Dropship Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged upon delivery, please contact us and we can arrange a collection/replacement service, this is free of charge.
