- Delivery time frames are estimates only
- Orders placed before 5pm (3pm for Scotland) are picked and packed and leave us the same day, with a national carrier, on a next day delivery service
- A range of national carriers are used (such as TNT) to deliver your order once it has been fulfilled by us, delivery time will vary and cannot be guaranteed
- Prices displayed within the Shipping Method of the checkout include packing and handling, in the case of our standard shipping methods (Next Day Delivery and 2 ~ 4 Day Delivery) the packing and handling charge is 100% of the price displayed
- All prices are charged with VAT at the current rate
- If the value of your order is over £50 before VAT we do not charge packing and handling for our Next Day Delivery method for delivery within the UK Mainland. For orders being delivered within the Isle of Wight we offer the same service for orders over £100 before VAT
- Unless otherwise specified deliveries are made on UK working days (excluding public holidays). Our Next Day Delivery method is next working day
- In order to be eligible for Next Day Delivery orders must be place before 5pm. In the case of Scotland orders must be placed before 3pm
- The countdown clock displayed on product pages assumes delivery within UK Mainland
- In the rare event that anything is not in stock, we will contact you and discuss options available. We do not take back orders but can inform you when a product is back in stock.
UK Mainland & Isle of Wight
We only ship to the UK mainland and the Isle of Wight. If an order is being delivered to the Isle of Wight a £5 (plus VAT) packing and handling charge will be made unless the order value is £100 before VAT.
Unfortunately if you live in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, any islands (Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, etc) or require the British Forces Post Office, we cannot deliver to you.
We do not deliver internationally.
If an orders delivery location is within Scotland, orders must be placed before 3pm in order to be eligible for next day delivery. This is a restriction imposed by our carriers.
- We do not accept returns unless you have arranged this with us prior to returning the item(s)
- Please contact us or call us on 0345 450 2420 to arrange a return
- We will refund you the product price you paid, for full, unused, unopened packets or cases
- You may be responsible for any postage and packaging costs for goods ordered in error
- A restocking fee may be charged
- This return policy does not affect your statutory rights
Direct Deliveries & Returns
Gompels HealthCare Ltd also offer a direct delivery service for large products. These products will be clearly marked with a direct delivery logo, and have a different delivery and returns process.
Damaged Goods – We expect to be notified within 3 days following delivery – Collect and replace delivery service direct to customer.
Customer no longer wants the goods – We expect to be notified within 5 days following delivery – Customer is charged delivery to and from plus restocking charge (15% of order value).
