Terms of Business
Any order placed through us, Gompels HealthCare Ltd, will be subject to the following terms of business.
- Payment in full is due at the time of ordering. For customers with a valid credit account, payment shall be made on the last weekday of the month following the date of our invoice
- We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
- We reserve the right to decline to process further orders until overdue sums are settled.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel an order at any point at our discretion. We will endeavour to notify you if any changes do occur to your order.
- In the event of any defect in products supplied by us, or if there are any delays in delivery, our liability is limited to the cost of the goods as invoiced to you.
