Is this liquid or gel please?

This is a gel based sanitiser.

Is this a child friendly sanitiser or do you do one?

Hi, we would not recommend this product for use with children as it contains alcohol. We would recommend Sosure Foaming Hand Mousse 600ml - Alcohol free and suitable for use by childrens and adults alike. Product code 20893
