I like finance because we are able to work individually but always know that if necessary a great support network from colleagues is there. There is always something to be done, I love being busy and enjoy very much the huge variety of jobs undertaken within the accounts. I get great satisfaction when dealing with payments, or talking someone through an ongoing concern that they have. Great care is taken in updating the processes to achieve quicker customer service. Never will many months go by without another button being introduced linking a service making the process sharper for the operators and more effective for the customer.
