Customer Service - Cherrie
Gompels HealthCare is very customer focused, always improving to make the level of service excellent. I enjoy having regular contact with the customers and public on the phone. I process orders from customers, dealing with any queries and complaints the minute we get them to give a quick and happy solution. It is a family run business and although expanding, it still has family values towards its staff.

I really love working for Gompels as it works so well with my family life and the hours are extremely convenient. I have also found everyone in the office friendly and approachable and the atmosphere is always great. I particularly enjoy my role within the customer service team as I am forever learning new things and interacting with different people everyday and continuing to build my customer service skills.

Working for Gompels is very enjoyable, I enjoy the variety of my job and the great team spirit we have. My role includes picking and packing orders, helping with stock control and receiving and loading goods. I really feel I make a difference at Gompels; our suggestions for improvements are listened to and used to improve things. For example, improvements in packaging to ensure that our customers receive their products in the best possible condition.

I enjoy working at Gompels because of the team I work with, any situation, busy or quiet they all pull together and get the job done. Everyone at Gompels are always helpful and friendly and always willing to help. You can tell that everyone is really customer focused. Also, a lot of credit to the warehouse managers for making the team what it is and doing whatever they can to help make the job easier and more efficient.

I like being a member of the Accounts Team, we are able to work individually but always know that if necessary a great support network from colleagues is there. There is always something to be done, I love being busy and enjoy very much the huge variety of jobs undertaken within the accounts. I get great satisfaction when dealing with payments, or talking someone through an ongoing concern that they have. Great care is taken in updating the processes to achieve quicker customer service. Never will many months go by without another button being introduced linking a service making the process sharper for the operators and more effective for the customer.
Business Development - Sam
As a Key Account Manager, I am responsible for looking after our existing customers as well as driving new sales revenue. Gompels innovative approach means we do not just keep up with current market trends but in fact stay ahead of the curve! The flexible approach to ''making your own work'' allows me to operate independently and confidently knowing that my ideas and decisions are trusted.
Purchasing - Gemma
Gompels HealthCare is a busy place to work but has a very friendly atmosphere and a great working environment. I like my job because I feel that I'm given opportunities to learn new skills and am always made to feel an important member of the Gompels team. I am involved in the sourcing, ordering and receiving of our products, ensuring that the quality of products remains high whilst continuing to drive down the cost to ensure that we always have the most competitive prices for our customers.
