Say NO to Germs!

Germs lurk on nearly every surface we touch; it takes just 4 hours for the person sniffling away in your office to spread their Germs. Whether that's when they've opened the door for you, used your keyboard, or even borrowed your pen!

But we don't all have to suffer. A study in BMC Infectious Diseases in 2010, found that office workers who were encouraged to use an alcohol based Hand Sanitiser at least 5 times a day, were about two-thirds less likely to get sick than those who just continued to wash their hands.

So don't come a cropper to a Cold, make sure you are using Hand Sanitisers around your workplace, and encourage your colleagues to do so as well. There's no need to chuck out your keyboard, or desk for that matter... A simple antibacterial wipe will do the job.
