Our Reusable Hot and Cold Pack Kids Assorted 3 Pack consists of a friendly ladybird, duck and frog ideal for administering hot and cold therapy to children to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Simply pop the pads into the freezer for 30 minutes to provide a superb resource for compressing on to bruises and sprains. Alternatively, place them into a microwave for one minute to treat non inflammatory rheumatic complaints such as muscle aches and tension, sciatica and lumbago. Please ensure children are supervised whilst using the packs. The gel pack should also not be applied directly on to the skin.
