I have been using Gompels for 3years and up until January had never had a problem either with products or service. In January I had a problem with a product I purchased. I rang them up, explained the situation and received a replacement the next day. Non of my explanation was questioned and they didn't want the faulty product back they took me at my word. What a pleasant change. Thankyou for being an exemplary company.
