ReviewTried to place an order online last Friday (Nov 6th) but had problems completing. Engaged in an online live chat with Glenn who asked if he could call me. He did so immediately and took my order and completed it. Furthermore he said there was an additional thing he would do at the end of our conversations. So refreshing to find people willing to take the time to help. Thanks Glenn. Within a short while I had a confirmation order e-mail and later an e-mail advising my order had been despatched.
