ReviewExcellent products and delivery as always the only problem this time was that I realised, after 20 minutes that I had ordered the wrong colour bins so telephoned straight away only to be told the products had already been picked and it was too far through the order to change anything. I was told I could refuse the order when it arrived the following day but we didn't want the hassle. Very efficient but wish we could have changed a small part of our order through being a little bit more flexible - obviously not sure of the ordering/picking system at your end. |
