Small order placed and received within 48 hours. Didn't want to navigate round the website headings so typed the product in the search engine and was directed straight to what I required. There was no need for me to contact customer services as ordering online was pretty straight forward.

Had a small problem with the website but the customer support was excellent and quickly resolved the issue. Delivery was fine but would prefer a courier who provides an indication of delivery time rather than just day.
