How do you get the pump to work? Turning to the right does not make the pump 'pop up' so that you can use it

We fully appreciate how frustrating it is when you can’t get the pump to work, they do screw them down so tightly! Our top tip is to unscrewing the pump and removing it completely from the bottle and using two hands to release the pump.

BSEN 1276: What is the contact time?

The contact time is 30–60 seconds.

Does this soap meet BSEN 1276 or BSEN 13697 standards?

The supplier has advised that Handex products do not carry a BSEN number because this handwash is classified as a cosmetic product rather than a biocide, meaning BS EN 1276 is not required.

does this have an expiry date

Yes it is 24 months from the day of opening.
