Important Delivery Service Update
Last Update: 15th December 2022 10:51am
Delays are still present across the UK delivery network. We are being made aware of further delays in the remote areas of Scotland due to the snow and ice.
We are pleased to see good volumes of customers receiving goods within 24 hours and some postcodes remain un-affected.

Our courier partners are reporting delays affecting most of the UK delivery network.
Despite orders leaving us for next day delivery, some parcels may take 2-3 days to arrive, possibly longer.
Christmas Orders
We would advise all customers requiring a delivery before Christmas to order early this week. Not Monday 19th as per the Christmas Hours.
If you have the storage space it would be good to double up on your essential products to last you until the New Year.

Missing a Delivery?
Sorry to keep you waiting. Please allow 2-3 days before contacting us via the website. We are unlikely to get a response from the couriers before 72 hours have passed.
What's Caused The Delays?
The well timed Royal Mail strikes mean that online retailers are moving large amounts of freight through alternative delivery networks.
Unfortunately they are unable to cope with the increased demand on the approach to Christmas.
Who Are Your Delivery Partners?
Our delivery partners include: DPD, DX, Tuffnells & ParcelForce
How Long Will It Last?
Further mail strikes are planned throughout December. The Guardian have posted a list of all planned public service strikes.
