Excellent service as always simple to repeat order and delivered the next day although would be nice if we could be made aware once the delivery has been received as no one comes in to the office to advise?

We have had a few problems recently with deliveries taking a long time to arrive / not arriving at all. We have repeatedly had to follow up to see what has happened and twice a new order has had to be dispatched.
