ReviewInitially the goods which were heavy, were left on steps up to the house despite clear instructions on the order for them NOT to be left there but on the drive instead. The driver had obviously not even looked at the delivery instructions.The goods were very heavy. so for me as an elderly person, leaving them on the steps created a very real challenge to remove them safely. Fortunately I was able to catch the driver before he left and persuade him to place them on the drive in front of the house instead. Every other respect the service was great. Thank you. |
