The ThermaLite digital thermometer is lightweight and easy to use, ideal for measuring the temperature of food and semi-solid materials. The clear LED display returns an accurate result with a temperature over the range of -40 to 300 °C with a 0.1 °C/°F resolution and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C (-10 to 100 °C). Each ThermaLite also incorporates a CalCheck function that allows the user to verify the accuracy of the thermometer at any time. The thermometer weighs only 67 grams including probe cover, and features a clear, easy-to-read LCD display with an open circuit 'Err' and battery replacement indication. To maintain its battery life, the probe thermometer switches itself after 10 minutes of inactive use. This handy tool is ideal for use in a range of catering and care environments to eliminate the risk of food contamination and related illnesses. Each unit is supplied with a protective probe cover and is waterproof to IP66 . The Ø3.3 x 85 mm stainless steel probe has a Ø2.0 x 14 mm reduced tip which provides faster and more accurate readings.
