In a place where pens frequently go missing we were really pleased to have this product in our reception area, until the ink ran out and I discovered Gompels don't sell refills. Ordered from Amazon but they were the wrong size and the tip is now stuck in the pen, my jumper, desk and apple watch strap are now covered in biro ink that I cannot get off and I need to throw away the pen as it cannot be fixed and buy a new one.
