You are absolutely right about a few prices creeping up and we're afraid that it is inevitable at the moment with many products coming from abroad and the Great British Pound being worth so little.
We have decided not to go down the route of shrinkflation* or reducing quality, but we can assure you we do our utmost to keep prices as low as possible. That does mean our margins are tight and when our purchase price increases we have to pass it on. What you will not see from us is across the board price increases, it is only on the products where we have an increase in our buying price that we adjust.
Unfortunatly this does mean that this could cause products that you regularly buy to increase in price. Hopefully when Brexit is resolved, we will be able to reduce prices again as the currency strengthens.
