These unique balancing boards have a hard platform on an inflatable base, which can be adjusted to the required level of difficulty by inflating or deflating it. The higher the pressure the more challenging it is to remain on board! Can be used sitting, standing or lying. The pack of 3 means each board can be inflated to a different level.
