Designed to be used as a conventional food probe, this handheld tool features an easy-to-grip plastic casing with a digital screen and a long metal probe for inserting into meats and other foods. Effective at reading accurate temperatures between the range of -49.9°C to 199.9°C with a 0.1°C resolution, this compact thermometer has a waterproof casing which allows it to be calibrated and cleaned in any dishwasher. For protection during storage, the thermometer is supplied with a probe cover and a wall bracket ensuring that it is always hygienically sanitised for further use.
