Order over £50 by 4pm for FREE next working day delivery!

Delivery Information

• Next working day delivery is free on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT) and placed by 4pm.
• If your order is less than £50 then next-working day delivery will incur a packaging and handling cost of £5.00.
• Orders are delivered to the address given at the time of order and will be delivered by a national carrier (such as TNT).
• All orders placed by 4pm are processed and dispatched the same day for delivery the following working day.
• In the rare event that anything is not in stock we will let you know. We do not take backorders, but we will inform you when a product is back in stock.
• We ship only to the UK mainland and to the Isle of Wight. If you live on the Isle of Wight there is a flat rate delivery cost of £5.00.
• Unfortunately if you live in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, any islands (Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, etc) or require the British Forces Post Office, we cannot deliver to you. We do not ship internationally.

Returns

• Please email us or call us on 0845 450 2420 to arrange a return.
• We will refund you the product price you paid for full, unused, unopened packets or cases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• You may be responsible for additional postage and packaging costs for goods ordered in error.
