The minimum discount in clearance is 20%, if there is anything missing then we adjust the price down further. For example if a trigger spray is missing from a pack of 6 then the price will typically be reduced by a further 20%. That means the price is nearly half its original price.

This indicates that the packaging is complete and undamaged but there are either 1 or 2 bags missing from a box of 10

This indicates that the packaging is missing and that only 1 of the 2x5ltr remains
