Who are we? Gompels HealthCare Ltd is a dynamic wholesale and logistics business with an ambition. We supply disposable healthcare and cleaning products to Care homes and Nurseries throughout the UK. We take pride in providing our customers all over the UK with excellent levels of service and fast delivery. Our growth rate has taken us from a garage at the back of a shop to a brand new facility based at Bowerhill, in less time than it took you to get through primary school. To achieve this, we invest in putting the right systems in place and more importantly recruiting quality individuals to join our friendly and professional team.

It's a family business. We work hard, play hard and have fun. If your children have a school play then we will do our best to make sure you can go. Within limits we try to be flexible, understanding and make it a job that works for you. Clearly not everyone can have Friday afternoon off.

We offer diversity ! Lots of it. Your job will change over time, there will always be something new to learn, new to use or we can sit down together and discuss if it would be time for you to take on a new role in the company. We have people who have worked in the warehouse and then the office, in the sales team and then out on the road or even grown with the company and now the Operations director. If you are good and can offer the company more then we will soon recognise it and do our best to give you variety, responsibility and training.

Go local. How much could you save by not commuting long distances. It's not only the petrol money, it's the time, the quality of life and the benefit of being able to pop home for lunch ! If you do bring your car, the parking is free, the only problem is deciding which space to park in.

Our purpose built new warehouse and office is light and airy, clean and (nearly) very tidy. There is a well equipped rest area and plenty of room for you chat and socialise over breaks.
